Refund policy
At this time, we do not accept returns on any collectibles or trading card products.
We do not warrant or guarantee product pull rates or the condition of the contents of sealed products. Factory defects can be possible on the exterior as well as the interior contents (such as scratches, bends, tears, and whitening), and will not result in a refund on appeal.
All graded cards are at the grade and condition stated by the third party grading company and are non-negotiable.
Please carefully review all available pictures before making your purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not warrant for deliberate damage and or tampering of products.
To start an appeal for non-trading cards and non-collectible products, you can contact us at at sales@machamptrading.com with your order details. If your request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an appeal will not be accepted.
Buyer pays return freight on all refunds.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your approved return. If accepted by our support team, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the value of the item/order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to refund the original purchase amount.
